Q: What we can do for you?
A: OEM & ODM supported. Customization available (patterns, thickness, colors, base fabric, and physical/chemical property standards) per customer requirements.
Q: What is average delivery time?
A: For samples, if it is only material sample from us, it can be sent out within 2-3 working days. If the sample is according to the customer's design, it will take 5-7 working days. For bulk production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. If our delivery time does not catch your deadline, please go over your requirements with our sales team. In a word, we will try our best to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
Q: How to control bulk production quality?
A: We usually make a pre-production sample before bulk production for your approval, then we strictly mass-produce the bulk goods according to the confirmed samples and conduct a full set of tests (physical and chemical tests) before shipment to ensure that the products meet international standards.
Q: Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
A: Yes, we always use high quality export packaging.The inside of the material is packed with hard paper tubes to prevent the tubes from breaking during shipping, which could cause the material to have marks or be damaged. The outside of the material is double-wrapped with PE bags and plastic bags to avoid getting wet from rain during shipping.
Q: How about the shipping fee?
A: The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Air shipment is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By sea shipment is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
Q: What kinds of payment term do you accept?
A: You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal: 30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. L/C also be welcomed.
